How to Reproduce the Bug?

I was not able to par a new company using Union Bank at this moment, even though between personal funds and Union Bank funds I had enough money to do so. Clicking on the unstarted PEIR companies highlighted them, but did not give a dropdown menu for buying shares.

Which Browser / Platform? Firefox 128.0.3 - 20240725162350 same happened on Duckduckgo browser for Android

For some added detail:

UB had not bought a share yet this SR.
The player has $79, Union Bank has $101, and the lowest par price is $58, so this should be possible.
Also, after playing around in hotseat mode, it looks like the player is given the option to par a new PEIR company with UB after selling a share, but this shouldn't be necessary.
