TMFS: Email members #101

Would be nice to send out an email to users about things like tune of the month. Right now I have to copy paste their email address.

It's definitely possible to do something here, from produce a comma separated list to build a mailing list, to integrate with e.g. mailchimp. I haven't jumped to do it because there's a data protection angle that any baked-in solution will need to consider.
