Add recording to a setting, machine folk session #81

How can we link a recording to a specific setting?

We can't as it stands. I started with linking to a tune or setting as the goal, and simplified to simply the tune. The rationale is more or less

My thought was if it's important, just write it in the blurb that goes with a recording.

I could add an optional refinement that when you link it up to a tune, it prompts you with any settings it might have. That's harder than it sounds though, and e.g. most settings have the same title.

  • settings are always displayed as part of a tune's page, never on their own
  • i don't think we want display of video mixed in with the scores on the tune's page, so the recordings will never be in-line with a setting.
