New tockloader install

Move more content to the getting started guide

I pushed a small tweak. I used "Ubuntu" for any installation instructions that use apt instead of just "Linux".

Having skimmed through the Getting Started, after work on https://github.com/tock/libtock-c/pull/370 makes it into libtock-c, we're going to have to do a pass on all our documentation to look out for anything that points to specific apps which may now be at new locations.
