Change power management #38

Hi. I saw the power management MPU6050_PWR_MGMT_1 is fixed at 1: PLL X axis gyro. It would be better to default it at 0: int 8MHz, and add the parametrization, so to give the possibility to enable the ext 32MHz external oscillator from a RTC.
