Add user count info to dash/admin panel #477

The World should show the number of subscribers, I think. Somewhere close to the top.

The admin panel needs to show total registered users, total subscribers and new subscribers in the last 30, again, somewhere close to the top.

World Daemon

[x] calculate subscribers
[x] break it down by level

For the admin panel:

[x] total users
[x] subscribers (break out by level)

For the user 'World' panel on the dashboard:

[x] total subscribers
