Expansions: add option for including user's "collection" expansion FAs and Disorders in settlement decks. #491

TabooBat's got it in the Android app: it's time to push it to the Manager.

Should include Settlement Events too:

As beigemore points out, you technically ARE supposed to mix everything in once you acquire the expansion. Things like fighting arts/disorders/settlement events are to be included, in general, even when you're not adding the monster as a quarry.

This is working and includes settlement events. I think we're done here. Changes go out in the next release...feature is still a beta for the time-being.
