Night Mode! #518

Google's recent push has convinced me that we need a Night Mode option for the V2 webapp.

It will start as a beta, and then be a Subscribers-only feature, I reckon.

Night mode remains beta/Subscribers-only in the legacy Manager. It will be a top-level UI/UX feature in AKDM Manager. Closing this.
