While most current star operators on urbit are currently individuals, there are a few high-status stars which are communally owned–the crowd favorite ~dalten, comes to mind–and could actually serve as strong hubs for work assessment and trusted oracle status. We want to support these new institutions in signaling their credibility, and so will expand the current interface to support oracle actions to be accessible to multisig wallets.
