Hi, I installed on WIndows 10 and the Blink1 device is not being recognized. I can confirm that it is working on another windows 10 devices. I also tried other Blinks and am getting the same result on this machine. Is there something somewhere that needs deleted for a fresh install. I have uninstalled several times and even manually removed the files that stay in the roaming profile folder folder. I am using 2.2.8 since the api wasn't working for posting patterns in 2.2.9. I have not tried installing 2.2.9 then uninstalling and going back to 2.2.8 like on the working system. Any ideas?

Hi @PhillipBrickner. It sounds like the USB port the blink(1) is being plugged into isn't working (or isn't working with blink(1).

Do you have another USB port to try with the blink(1)? If you're using a USB hub or extension cable, try either swapping or eliminating those too.

I tired another port same results. It shows up under devices and printers. I tried to run the troubleshooter on it but that did not help. The kind of funny thing is the blink1-tool from command line still works. Has to be something going on with something with the software. Is there any logs that might be helpful or a way to install that it creates a log that might be helpful?

So I tested 2.2.9 and it works. It shows up serial# and all. I then tired uninstalling and the installing 2.2.8 again and it still does not work. The only reason I need 2.2.8 is for the API adding patterns. Any ideas?

Just tested 2.2.7 and it looks like it's working. I will keep using it until the adding patters API is fixed.
