Updated gitignore and modified Makefile to create "blink.pc" pkg-config file.

Note Removed uninstall-lib from uninstall-dev, as this would leave dynamically linked apps "wanting".

@todbot I made the change to the pkg-config file that you noted (blink rather than Blink).
