Switch two printf to msg so that --quiet can suppress them (as long as --quiet is specified before--id)
Remove json_convert_value function (unused?/never-used?)
Unrelated: I noticed that blink1control-tool looks like it tries to have support for multiple --id entries, but fails (the sprintf overwrites previous entries, and blink1-tiny-server doesn't support multiple ids). I assume that's once planned but not finished code?
