Perhaps for the lib https://github.com/toddhalfpenny/salesforce-flow-visualiser, but capturing here anyhoo.

As noted here on Twitter

It would be mind blowing if it was able to show a "diff" between one version of a flow XML file and another, like git diff does, but visually.
