Todd, the file at https://aka.ms/scoredfile is a csv with a .xls extension. Need to rename it in the aka.ms, or put instruction here.

David, I have not seen this behavior. The file is a CSV file where it sits in Azure Blob Storage. What browser are you using to download the file?
