Add Option to Clear Cookie Value (Not Delete Cookie Entirely) to Cookies Panel Right-Click Menu

This is not a bug; it is an enhancement request.

It would be convenient to add an option to the menu displayed when you
right-click on a cookie in the Cookies panel which would clear the cookie's
value (but not remove the cookie itself), instead of having to choose Edit,
then tab down to the Value field, erase the value, and click OK in order to
clear the cookie's value.
