Show local file cookies #68

In Firefox's own "Show Cookies" pages loaded off the hard drive (eg by opening 
C:\Test.html through the Windows Shell) are not associated with any domain.  
I'm guessing that this is why they do not seem to show up in firecookie.  It 
would be great if were possible to allow these to be visible/edited.
