TabWatcher is undefined warnings in console. #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to latest version of firecookie.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No warnings are excepted. Console produces the following warning:

FIREBUG WARNING: TypeError: TabWatcher is undefined

This is repeated at least 3 additional times. Cookies tab is also working 
sporadically now. If clear cookies and refresh page, usually no cookies will 
show up in the cookies tab. If I clear cookies and close and reopen browser, 
cookies will sometimes show up in the cookies tab.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Firecookie 1.2, Firebug 1.6.2, Firefox 3.6.15

Please provide any additional information below.

I believe the same problem is reported in issue 87
(btw. I can't reproduce that)

Let's discuss in the other issue.
