Firecookie 1.2 + Firebug 1.6.2 = dead console #91

When I install/enable Firecookie 1.2 and restart FF, the Firebug console
becomes unresponsive. It does not do any code completion, and typing a command
and pressing enter does not perform the desired action.

I'm using FF 3.6.15 on WinXP (SP3). I have Firebug 1.6.2 with the following
extensions:

FireRainbow 1.2
Illuminations for Developers 1.1.5
YSlow 2.1.0

Firecookie 1.2 is installed, but as stated above, disabled so the console will
operate as expected.

In addition to the Firebug extensions, I have the following add-ons installed:

Adblock Plus 1.3.3
ColorZilla 2.5.2.1
Download Statusbar 0.9.7.2
eWallet AutoPass 1.0.2.28501
Extended Statusbar 1.5.7
Favicon Picker 3 0.5
FireFTP 1.0.10
IE Tab2 2.12.21.1
Java Console 6.0.23
Java Quick Starter 1.0
MeasureIt 0.4.6
Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 0.0.0
Personas 1.6.1
User Agent Switcher 0.7.3
Web Developer 1.1.9

Seems like this just started, so maybe a result of the recent update to FF last
week perhaps (3.6.15)? I have been using Firecookie with all of the listed
add-ons successfully for several months.

I hope to be able to re-enable this soon. Thanks for a great extension!

I'm having (just had) the same issue. Disable Firecookie: everything related to
the keyboard works (autocomplete / enter key ). Enable it: console is reduced
to a plain turns into a plain text input box.

I've toggled it on and off several times, this behavior is consistent.

Firebug: 1.6.2
Firecookie: 1.2

And yes: upgrading Firecookie to 1.2.1 indeed fixed it.
