This PR fixes that library paths must be specified to be linked the library with openssl_inc_paths.

Seems like we’ve got some compatibility issues with related modules. Travis is failing

Okay, I fixed this problem in Crypt::OpenSSL::Guess@0.11, I will update this PR an hour later.
