Add Lidarr Support #44

This is already under consideration as part of #30, though I guess I'll keep this one for Lidarr and update #30 to only be for Readarr. Most likely I will implement support for them separately.

i am aware that this project has fallen by the wayside and is no longer being pursued. completely understandable.. life goes on, things become more important, people evolve and so on.. i sincerely apologize for even posting this here, but i couldn't help myself. since my search for a fork or alternative failed, i had to at least ask if i could bribe you to include lidarr.. (any financial offers I could make would probably be pathetic, but you know.. if you can think of something..) alternatively, something like a vaguely defined template that I could flesh out (with fairly limited knowledge, but I can try/learn).. Feel free to ignore this message if you're so inclined, no offense intended or taken. ♥
