yarn fails #14

yarn fails because node-sass is deprecated. Should we use sass instead of node-sass?

Hi, thanks for the report, and confirmed I can reproduce. I will have to update the code in this repo when I have a chance. The production site now uses shakapacker instead of webpacker, but I haven't made that change in this repo yet
