Add OAuth #5

Explanation

Add OAuth so that users can attempt quiz by signing up from their social accounts.

Social Accounts should include:

I've a doubt, for obtaining Google, Facebook, Twitter OAuth tokens, should I obtain those credentials using my identity or will you provide with those. Like in Google developer console,should I obtain those using my Gmail account.
