Editing FPL with D/T page open can cause crash #10

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create a flightplan
  2. begin flight (this might not occur if the aircraft is stationary)
  3. open D/T 3 on right pane and FPL 0 on left pane
  4. add a new waypoint to the end of the flight plan

Plugin crashes: KLN90_panel.lua:2020: attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'lat2' (a nil value)

I have a fix for this, which is to check lat/lon values for nilness as well as for equality to "_"
