Smoke tests:

[x] general test to see if navigation, InputView, action button, server invocation, ILifeTimeFilter invocation, serialization+deserialization is not broken
[x] general test to see if server sent events work, that one can subscribe, receive messages and unsubscribe (on server side and on client side)

Serialization&deserialization (for regular services):

[x] string
[x] int
[x] long
[ ] decimal
[x] DateTime UTC
[x] DateTime Local
[ ] nullable int
[ ] nullable long
[ ] nullable decimal
[ ] nullable DateTime
[ ] some DTO class with primitive properties
[ ] array of some DTO class with primitive properties

ILifeTimeFilter invocations:

[ ] for regular services - accepting call
[ ] for regular services - rejecting call
[ ] for server sent event - accepting client
[ ] for server sent events - rejecting client
[ ] for server sent events - client disconnects

server sent events:

[ ] client filter func invoked and accepts client
[ ] client filter func invoked and rejects client
[ ] client receives expected notifications
[ ] client doesn't receive unexpected notifications
