There are some topics that do not fit into a CHARTER but are recommended to have in this community. This issue is intended to be a tracker to brainstorm topics that should be included in this playbook.

The Steering Committee will review during July's TODO SC call to start creating this document

project / WG lifecycle: what to do during creation, active phase, termination
