Divide OSPO Adopter category into Enterprises , academia and Public Sector subcategories #187

Currently, the OSPO landscape shares organizations adopting OSPOs in one big category (OSPO Adopters). It would be great to dive that section into 3 subcategories since these OSPOs differ a lot, and might be easier for people to identify concrete organizations adopting OSPOs
