New Logo and Description for FossID

We are modifying existing information, not adding anything new. :)

Pre-submission checklist:

Thank you @tomgonzo ! FYI We just migrated to a new landscape view and we are no longer using the cached logos folder (only the hosted logos and the yml file). Can you please remove the commits related to the cached logo folder before merging these changes?
