Consider a "microsurvey" to benchmark company open source reputation and other metrics #77

I'm helping on a research project and experiment to encourage greater cross-org collaboration around shared open source dependencies. I think some of the foundational questions we have for companies that might participate could be useful to ask as part of this survey. Are there plans for this survey to move forward?

If you want to include your work there, we'd be open to taking questions there

quick question - do you know when this survey will run and for what period of time?

we plan on kicking it off in May and announce results at OSPOCon https://events.linuxfoundation.org/ospocon/

might be a little late for the first round of this particular project, but it could be useful for future iterations to have a consistent dataset. I'll post suggestions on the questions where directed, and thanks!

I added some suggestions there. Feel free to ignore them all. I know this is coming in late. The results from this particular survey won't help the cross-org dependency research and experiment due to timing, but my additional suggestions could be useful in the future.
