For issue #416. LFAPAC evangelist - translation SIG team has finished the whole guide translation work now, welcome your review.

@node just wanted to flag that it currently states the branch cannot be rebased due to conflicts. I'd recommend resolving these conflicts before continuing to include more commits to the branch.
