Translate Guides into Chinese - new PR #499

For issue #416 [LFAPAC evangelist - translation SIG team has finished the whole guide translation work .

Hi @anajsana I fixed all the build issues now, the preview is here https://deploy-preview-499--todogroup.netlify.app/ , the guides can be visit by https://deploy-preview-499--todogroup.netlify.app/zh-cn/resources/guides/

Looks like everything is OK. But there are too many commits (355, up to 250+ ) so GitHub does not allow rebase or merge due to conflicts (actually there is no conflict now).

All fixed! I enabled the squash for this one :)
