all files for a game in one folder #241

At the USB Loader GX project site I found an 'issue' with the idea of storing 
all files (wbfs, covers) for each game in separarte subdirectories (only 
possible on FAT/NTFS).

I think it's a good idea and it would be nice to have it in WiiFlow.

This isnt viable since some ppl use both wbfs and fat32 on the same 
installation, so you would have covers folders and codes folders anyway... its 
best to keep it uniform across all partition types.
