r104 is not working #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updated WiiFlow r92a to r104 (CIOS222) through update manager
2. Reloaded WiiFlow

Dump of machine codes. Unusable boot.dol

I have system menu 4.2 hacked with Priiloader. CIOS222

When booting WiiFlow while GC Controller plugged. It will be ended by 
displaying a dump screen.

I comfirm this, wiiflow loads when GC is unplugged, and crash the minute I plug 
a GC controller in.

ill address this soon, just dont plug a gc controller for now lol.

r108 is still the same problem. I hope that it will be fixed soon.

r111 fixes GC controller crashes and pad delays when selecting games in 
coverflow.
