wont update cover from manual download #393

After finding full covers from other sites which dont appear on WIITDB or are a 
different region etc

manual download of covers converted to PNG 1024x680 24b and renamed accordingly 
to ID

and placed in folder Boxcovers or images

Wiiflow wont update sometimes some images but most of time have to still go to 
each game and select downloads for each one and try that, hit and miss to 
wether this update the covers may have to do it a couple of times before change

even tryed reloading

and deleting relevent cache file

main proble is if cover exists on wiitb and a diffent cover is wanted to be 
used it will overwrite the file from wiitdb unless you diconnect router etc

press 1+2 on the cover download button in game settings to delete a cover.  add 
your cover you want and when you go to DL covers from wiitdb tell it "missing 
only" and it will not overwrite covers.
