Added Accessability Labels to the Task list and Add Task view.

Task List Tasks now have a label in the form Priority A, Play With Cat, Due Today, with the Priority and Due Date being omitted if unset.

The Add Task pane now describes the text field as "Task Details".

Accessability Labels help Voice Over users hear what's on screen, and make acceptance testing easier.
