Context and Project picker should respect case type #228

Related to #114.

The fix causes that all contexts and project used are converted to lowercase and lowercase duplicates are removed.

I use (especially) projects in InitialCaps notation for project names that consist of multiple words. When I use the project picker, the project name is converted to lower case. I end up with project names in multiple cases. Other apps (jdotxt) show these as separate projects.

I would like projects to be case insensitive, but case should be respected. Or make project names case sensitive (again). So same name with different caps are different projects.

I have the same problem (also with other todo.txt apps) und therefore agree with this suggestion. Please make the project picker case sensitive again.

Is there any news regarding the case sensitive picker? Because I'm using this tool on all my platforms (especially Windows, Mac and iOS ) I really rely on it.
