sample todo.txt file:

(A) Thank Mom for the meatballs @phone
(B) Schedule Goodwill pickup +GarageSale @phone
Post signs around the neighborhood +GarageSale
@GroceryStore Eskimo pies

the last task does not comply with rule 3:

A context is preceded by a single space and an at-sign (@).

therefore, there are no contexts in the last task.
