"randomizer.jar" file is completely missing from download #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put the randomizer file back in the download.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to open the randomizer.jar file, instead of the download 
containing nothing but code.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.6.2 on a windows 8 computer

Please provide any additional information below.
When the download finishes, the only folders in it are; "com", 
"cuecompressors", "dsdecmp", "META-INF", "pptxt" and "thenewpoketext". Where is 
the 'randomizer.jar" file?

I found a solution- download Java SE Binary to make the randomiser file 
executable.

tried that, but still doesnt solve the issue of the randomizer.jar file missing 
from the entire download.
