Windows: Fan control for navi is still broken

I tried 21.3.2. and 21.10.1 - i install only display drivers w/o AMD software.

Settings for clocks and voltages work, but there is no way (fan_control and fan_control_navi) to crank the speeds up. It sticks totally to the power table settings in rom.

So this would be for Navi10, 5700-5600 gpus?

Yes... 5600XT, 5700 and 5700XT. Sorry...

Just typing this, i hear one of the gpus trying to speed up fan - but after a second the fan goes down again.

I believe I tested 21.5.1, 21.6.1, 21.8.2 before the release, 21.8.2 without the Radeon software bloat, worked for me across a test rig with 580, Vega 64, Vega 56, 5700XT, 5600XT, 6600XT. I'll see what happens on 21.3.2. These drivers are such a f-ing mess to deal with...

i try the 21.8.2 to see if there is maybe another cause...

Update/Edit: I changed the driver to 21.8.2 (27.20.22025.1006) with no effect. But: Maybe i have to install the full package, because of additional components - maybe ADL or something?

ADL is used for everything here, both clocks/voltages, all sensors, and fan control, so it's available.

With your update/edit remark, do you mean that even with a full (re)install, fan control didn't work?

I am facing same issue but i want change my fan speed on lower side. Why TRM doesn't follow my fan settings from radeon? @Kerney666 is their any way trm to follow my radeon fan curve?
