TRM 0.10.8 crashing and hanging when Triple Mining ETC+ZIL+KAS on Windows #705

I gave triple mining a try and it works on HiveOS. But on Windows TRM will hang after a few crashes, right after showing the version info " TeamRedMiner 0.10.8". Only way to make it work again is rebooting the computer. Dual mining ETC+ZIL on the same computer has no issues, it only happens when KAS is added.

Hello. Could you please share your configuration for triple mining (ETC+KAS+ZIL) in Hiveos? I've been trying and can't get it. ETC+ZIL if I have succeeded and it works correctly

Hi, I'm mining ETC+ZIL on ezil. To make things simple, I've created an "ETC Wallet" (selecting ETC as coin) whose address is actually . and then added --kas -o stratum+tcp://pool.woolypooly.com:3112 -u . -p x --kas_end as additional TRM parameters on the Flight Sheet. And selected that wallet and ezil. Works like a charm in HiveOS, crashing in Windows

Thank you very much for your time to answer my question. The difference of the configuration that I need in my case is that I want to mine etc in one pool and zil in another. The manual setup for mining zil is almost the same as for kas and works fine. It does not work for me when I introduce the argument for kas that you have shared with me, the teamredminer does not start mining

I've considered doing that as well. Mining ETC on Ethermine.org, ZIL and KAS somewhere else. But since all ZIL pools I know of are now dual mining I couldn't get "ZIL only" mining to work, so I did as mentioned. I guess you tried using " --zil ... --zil_end" . If you don't mind to share your ETC+ZIL config, I can give it a try

This setup works without a problem, I've been testing it all day today. --zil -o stratum+tcp://us2-zil.shardpool.io:5555 -u . -p x --zil_end

I guess it was too soon. Now hanging on HiveOS as well.... It might OC related maybe :(

Try to improve the OC to achieve stability in the TRM, maybe you have them too high

It only happens when I add KAS to the flight sheet. I checked the OC for ETC+KAS and ETC+ZIL and tried to adjust it accordingly. It looks good to me, but I'll fine tune it on a card by card basis. About triple mining, I merged your configuration with mine (had to replace the port to 333 to prevent connection errors to shardpool though) and it connects to all pools but won't mine ZIL. Mining is PAUSED, like yours. I guess TRM triple mining relies on a dual mining pool + KAS.
