Open Account #11

Story

user needs a new account
user at least enters account name and number
name and number must be unique
name and number may not be empty
category is optional - default category is used
account parent is optional - possibly a default is used

This was basically implemented with 7c2b96ec0e4e17567112583eb213aa62badeda55

I think we should make parent mandatory before we close the issue.

Sorry, Upstream of local branch configured to master instead of different branch. Therefore pushed directly to master instead of going with a Pull Request
