HI, Could you Please improve upload_gtest.py to support http proxy.

Hi,

The upload_gtest.py script uses upload.py which is provided by the support 
project 
(http://code.google.com/support/). upload.py supports specification of an http 
proxy 
via environment variables. There is an issue filed against support 
(http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=2938) that asks them to 
explain 
proxy settings in a more prominent place; you can star it to get the updates. 
The 
issue also describes how to configure proxies.
