Change rating metrics

I’m not a fan of the current metrics that are used to rate each player as I think they’re slightly meaningless in that they don’t really give you a true reflection of what kind of player they are.

I’d suggest switching the current goalkeeping, defending, attacking metrics to:

• Ability - a general indication of how good the player is at football.
• Work rate - how hard the player tries, tracks back etc.
• Teamwork - do they pass to their teammates, take their turn in goal, and turn up on time!
