fix: blog prerender #182

  1. fix various issues during pre-rendering blog pages (mostly npe issues for ref obj)
  2. upgrade nuxt to get rid of memory outage - https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/pull/26104
  3. disable compressPublicAssets which hangs the build. this should already be turned on for cloudflare pages
