​Linked docs not working on public link

What happened?

Editor version 0.17.0-canary-202408121434-8bc42f0 OS: Windows 10 Browser: Opera

Issue description When I share my page (which has inner pages) to public, it doesn't open any of linked docs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Enter some text, select it and press "Create Linked Doc" icon, give it a name
3. Share > Public to web > Create
4. Open your public link
5. If the linked doc has "Card view" - on web it will be "Loading" permanently; if it has "Inline view" - it just do nothing on press.

It's estimated that if I share some page which is root to other pages - there should be access to included documents as well.
