[BUG] Cannot edit text block in frame #7305

What happened?

Adding text inside the frame blocks text editing.

Easily recreate the bug:

Create New Doc
Add standard SMART template
Add some text to Note Blocks inside SMART's column S
Create a frame around SMART template
Try to edit the text in Note

If I move the text Note block outside the frame - the editor works normally.

Affine 0.14.9 Both web version (Chrome) and Ubutnu 22.04 local version

DOES NOT WORK:

double-click to edit text (no cursor appears)
so, cannot add or delete text

WORKS:

moving text blocks itself
moving paragraphs inside the text block by dragging
changing the bold, italic etc.

Distribution version

Linux
