error while loading shared libraries: ?: cannot open shared object file: N o such file or directory

Quickfix: copy ucrtbased.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\x86\ucrt to C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64
