We'll need an estimate for the plumbing work in the kitchen, notably:

[ ] hooking up the espresso machine
[ ] hooking up a new dishwasher
[ ] hooking up a new washing machine
[ ] hooking up some new taps
[ ] installing a new radiator

At the same time, we'll also want to sort out details about how best to handle the shower (and any other plumbing adjustments the bathroom may require) so we can ensure we'll be able to do that as well.

I did this! It'll be around £900 all in.
