[needs clarification] Add section with top (by votes) unviewed posts

Questions

• Where should it go? Could go between article and comments, so people will see it when they finish reading a section. It could also or instead go in the sidebar.
• Should it be available for logged-out users too? We could just get rid of the "unviewed" criterion for logged-out users.
• Do we track whether articles have been viewed? I'm pretty sure we do—I think that comments are shown as unread when they are newer than the last read timestamp of the article. I'm not sure, though.
• What should the time period considered be? Ryan suggested consider articles published in the last month.

This is a pretty good idea. I'd suggest putting it in the sidebar, only for logged-in users. I suppose just like how "top" already works, you could break it down over multiple timeframes?
