Automate updates of map based on people's EA Profile locations

Simply requires:

• Editing prewritten scripts to output files with the code the map pages needs
• Making a cronjob execute this
• Making the map pages include the code from these files via a PHP include

• sites/effectivealtruismhub.com/scripts/map-exports/groups.php

This is done. New script added. We can close after monitoring for a while and close the issue.
