Add new reference to go libraries #303

Please consider to take go libraries from Akeda Bagus(gedex) and Tobias Ranft (devtop) into documentation.

Unfortunately we will be deprecating this repository in the near future, seeing how our public documentation page has replaced it. We will add your addition there. Thank you for your efforts! I'll close this PR for now.
